Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to the Neos Share Story Scheme. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. This should be read in conjunction with Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy which can be found at  https://shop.neos.co.uk/pages/terms-conditions so please read them carefully before deciding whether to take part:

  • The Promotion of the Neos Share Story Scheme is from Neos Ventures Limited. Registered in England and Wales Company No. 09941700. Registered office: 47 Bermondsey Street, London, SE1 3XT. Firm Reference Number: 752145 (“We”, “us” or “our”).
  • The Scheme is open to all UK residents with a permanent UK address who are aged 18 or over.
  • To enter email caughtonneos@neos.co.uk with information about your story and any supporting material.
  • By entering you agree to allow Neos to use your story and any supporting material for marketing purposes, this includes social media, website pages, blog posts and customer communications. 
  • Entrants will be contacted via in-app messages for permission to publish entrants’ name.
  • Stories will be judged at Neos’ discretion.
  • If you are featured within our monthly news and updates you will be offered a free piece of Neos kit. This includes solely the choice of 1 Neos SmartCam, 1 Neos Smart Motion kit or 1 Neos Smart Leak kit. Any future products are not included within this offer.
  • This scheme is open from September 30th 2020 and closes on September 30th 2021.
  • Neos Ventures Limited reserve the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. Customers will be notified if any changes are made within a reasonable period of time.
  • It should be clear that you will not hold Neos Ventures Limited responsible for any delays, outside our control, which relate to the delivery of devices.
  • Neos Ventures Limited shall not be liable for any failure to comply with our obligations where the failure is caused by something outside of our reasonable control.
  • These Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the Laws of England and Wales and entrants to the Promotion submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
  • If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not enter this competition.
