Neos Smartcam Limited Warranty


All quality-related defects on products sold directly by Neos Ventures or authorised resellers are covered by a one-year limited warranty, beginning on the date of purchase. Defective products will be replaced with a new model or a refurbished model of equal value. The replacement unit will be covered by a limited warranty for three months from the date of replacement or repair.

The following are not covered by the Limited Warranty:
  • Products returns submitted beyond the original one-year limited warranty period
  • After the initial 30 days after purchase, any product issue that is not quality related
  • Products submitted without valid proof of purchase (will need to ask for proof of purchase)
  • Products that are physically located outside the United Kingdom
  • Products purchased from unauthorised resellers
  • Products that are lost or stolen
  • Products received without charge in a Neos giveaway, donation, or as a sample
  • Products on which repairs have been attempted
  • Products subjected to falls, extreme temperatures, water, or accidental damage 

How to Initiate a Warranty Claim


To initiate a Limited Warranty Claim please submit a ticket (hyperlink) to smartcam@neos.co.uk. Please describe in detail the quality-related issue that you are experiencing with your Neos Smartcam, so that our Technical Support team is able to troubleshoot the issue with your unit.
  • If your product is deemed faulty, our Technical Support team will provide you with a Returns Warranty Number
  • Please go to (returns domain) and follow the online returns process. You will be asked for your Returns Warranty Number and proof of purchase
  • Your new Neos Smartcam will be despatched to your designated shipping address within (x days) of successful Warranty Claim
  • It may be necessary to return the product for quality testing. If so, Neos will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label and returns instruction
